1What information we collect

We only collect what we need to book you, remind you and reply to you.

• Contact details: your name, mobile phone number and email address when you book, fill out a form on our site or opt in to texts.
• Appointment details: the services you book, your preferred technician, appointment dates and times, and notes you give us (allergies, nail preferences, hair type for head spa).
• Messages: the content of texts, emails and form submissions you send us.
• Payment information: when you pay by card, our card processor handles the card number. We don't store full card numbers on our site.
• Website usage: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools described in section 4.

2How we use your data

• To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your appointments.
• To send appointment reminders and follow-ups by text or email.
• To answer your questions and respond to messages you send us.
• To let you know about salon news, seasonal specials or new services, only if you've opted in.
• To keep records for accounting and to meet legal obligations.
• To understand how people use our website so we can fix what's broken.

3SMS opt-in details

Program name: Today's Nails & Head Spa Alerts.

Message types: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, replies to your questions and, if you've chosen to receive them, occasional promotional messages about specials and new services.

Frequency: message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Most clients receive a few messages per month.

How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number in person or over the phone and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any service.

How you opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for full program terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to keep the site working, remember basic preferences and measure traffic. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools that set their own cookies. Embedded content such as Google Maps and our booking widget may also set cookies governed by those providers' policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like online booking, may not work properly with cookies disabled.

5Data security

Our website is served over SSL/TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor, and we don't store full card numbers ourselves. Client records are kept in access-controlled systems limited to salon staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6Your user rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
• Stop marketing messages (reply STOP to texts, or contact us using section 9).
• Get a copy of your information in a usable format.

Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 9 and we'll respond within 45 days.

7Age restriction

Our website, online booking and SMS program are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through these channels. If you believe a minor has provided us information online or by text, contact us and we'll delete it.

8Sharing and disclosure

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the salon: our booking platform, SMS and email delivery provider, website host, payment processor and analytics tools. They may only use your data to provide services to us.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• A successor business if the salon is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
