1Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website, book online or enroll in our SMS program. Clients under 18 are welcome in the salon with a parent or guardian, but the booking and texting must be handled by the adult.

2SMS program description

Today's Nails & Head Spa Alerts is our text message program. When you opt in, you agree to receive the following message types at the mobile number you provide:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders before your visit
• Rescheduling, cancellation and waitlist notices
• Replies to questions or messages you send us (conversational messages)
• Promotional messages about specials, seasonal offers and new services, only where you've separately agreed to receive them
• Account and service notices, such as changes to hours or these terms

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and how often you message us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can book by phone or in person without opting in.

3Opt-out instructions

You can leave the program at any time. Text any of these keywords to the number that messaged you:

• STOP cancels all further text messages. You'll get one final confirmation text and nothing after.
• HELP returns our contact information and support details.
• START (or texting us again) re-enrolls you after a STOP.

You can also ask us to remove your number in person, by phone or by email using the contact details in section 6.

4Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier apply to every message sent and received. Check your plan with your carrier if you're unsure what you'll be charged.

5Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and any other wireless provider, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device. We aren't responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, filtered or not delivered by a carrier.

7Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy at:

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8Cancellation policy

We hold a chair and a technician for you, so we ask for notice if plans change.

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancel through your booking confirmation link, by text or by calling the salon.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the booked service on your next visit, or a deposit may be required to book again.
• Head spa packages and group bookings of three or more may require a deposit at booking. Deposits are applied to your service and are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours.
• If you're running more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so the next client isn't delayed.
• We'll always try to work with you on genuine emergencies. Just let us know.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website, booking or SMS program after that date means you accept the updated terms.
